A safe, dry, lockable home for a family with nowhere to live.
Many families across rural Sindh and Gilgit-Baltistan live under reed and tarpaulin — no walls against the heat, the cold or the monsoon. We build them a simple, solid one or two-room home in about eleven days. Every home carries a small plaque dedicating it on behalf of the donor or a departed loved one.
Before — a family of six living under reed and tarpaulin, with no walls against the heat, cold or monsoon.
After — a solid, lockable two-room home, built and handed over in about eleven days, with a dedication plaque.
