Al Qaim Support Network is a registered charity based in Pakistan (head office: Rawalpindi), with offices in Skardu, Karachi and Naushahro Feroze. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information you give us directly — your name, email, phone and message when you donate, sign up to our newsletter, register to volunteer, or contact us. We also collect limited technical data (such as anonymous usage statistics) to keep the site secure and working well.
How we use it
To process and acknowledge your donation and issue receipts, to reply to your enquiries, to send you the updates you ask for, to assess volunteer applications, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We use your details only for the purpose you gave them.
Payments
Donation payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on this website. Please refer to the payment provider’s own privacy notice for how they handle your card data.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the charity (for example our payment processor and email tool), and only as needed to provide the service you requested or where the law requires it.

Safeguarding & beneficiary privacy
We never publish identifying images or details of vulnerable beneficiaries — including children (shown only with parental consent), domestic-violence and abuse survivors, mental-health cases, and those we have helped clear debt — without documented consent, and we anonymise stories where needed to protect those involved.
Your rights
